Erica Cheslock joined Eisenhower Fellowships in 2016 after 12 years of fund development work in urban education. Erica has spent most of her career working in under-served communities in Philadelphia to improve educational access and opportunity for families and students. She is focused on creating strong relationships with foundations, corporations, individual donors, and volunteers to engage them in the mission of the organization. Erica holds a bachelor’s in business administration focused on marketing and international business from The University of Toledo (Ohio) and has spent time in Turkey, France, Haiti, and Brazil studying educational models, nutrition and clean water initiatives. She is on the Board of Trustees and chairs the Development Committee at The Parent Infant Center in West Philadelphia. Erica is a trained pastry chef, enjoys both practicing and teaching yoga, traveling and spending time with family.
