On October 11 and 12, Eisenhower Fellowships will welcome Trustees, Fellows and friends for two days of dynamic events in Philadelphia. The Pin Ceremony and dinner reception for our 2021 Global Fellows and 2019 USA and Zhi-Xing China Fellows will be held on Monday evening, October 11. The next day, at the Bellevue Philadelphia, we will host our limited invitation Chairman’s Seminar with Dr. Robert M. Gates, former U.S. secretary of defense, for a high-level, off-the-record discussion about world events. This will be followed that evening by our Annual Awards Dinner at The Liberty View at Independence Visitor Center. EF will honor 2021 Distinguished Fellow Award recipient Anita Brown-Graham (USA ’05), ncIMPACT Initiative Director at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Secretary Gates will present the Eisenhower Medal for Leadership and Service to Jamie Dimon, Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase. Celebrated film, stage and television actor Harry Lennix will close the two days of celebration with a reflection on the timely and important work of Eisenhower Fellowships around the world.
