Ayodeji Adewunmi is the President & CEO of Jobberman, a company he co-founded in 2009 while in college, and which is now the largest employment website in Sub-Saharan Africa in terms of revenue, audience and customers. Using technology to address massive youth unemployment, Jobberman placed over 70,000 people in jobs in 2014 and was named one of the most innovative companies in 2015 by Fast Company. Adewunmi believes the next level of impact will be in assisting students in developing skills that translate their education into better-paying forms of employment, as well as the creation of new companies and jobs. He believes that effective, university-based career centers can help address the skills gap.
