Doctor in Genetics, Alexandra Henrion Caude is director of research at the national institute of health of France (Inserm). Tenured Professor after a postdoctorate at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Caude is internationally renowned with 150 publications, patents, and recurring invitations with Nobel laureates. Her research has focused on how environment is translated into genetics, and childhood diseases. Her vision is to urgently promote ethical frugal innovation to reduce gap in health affordability. To do so, she aims at building bridges between traditional knowledge in medicine and cutting-edge science.
