Constantijn van Oranje is the special envoy for StartupDelta, boosting the Dutch startup ecosystem. He is the founder of C22C consultancy for corporate innovation in Startup Fest Europe, the biggest one-off startup festival in Europe. For many years, Van Oranje has helped shape the European Union’s ICT and digital agenda, with a focus on Internet policy and governance and entrepreneurial ecosystems. He was a key advisor to Neelie Kroes, a former vice president at the European Commission, as they pushed forward a vision of Digital Europe. He continues to advise the EC's digital leadership while helping support a network of entrepreneurs and technology innovation across Europe.
