One of the first Romanian legal experts in the field of private equity, Irina Anghel-Enescu is the founder and Managing Partner of the Law Office of Irina Anghel. She is also a lecturer on private equity, public policies and venture capital, and president of the Harvard Club of Romania and Moldova. Anghel-Enescu was appointed member of the Romanian National Council for Development and Innovation, which coordinates programs related to financing programs, stimulating innovation and entrepreneurship in Romania. She used her fellowship experience to learn about the latest trends in entrepreneurial education, explore best practices in corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, and learn about the successful models of business incubators.
