As Chief Brand Officer for WWE, a global, family-friendly entertainment company, Stephanie McMahon is responsible for leading WWE’s efforts to further enhance its global brand reputation among key constituencies including government, media, advertisers, business leaders and investors. In addition to serving as the organization’s brand ambassador, Stephanie is the primary spokesperson for WWE’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, which includes “Be a STAR”, the organization’s anti-bullying program and along with her husband, Paul Levesque, has launched a fund dedicated to pediatric cancer research called Connor’s Cure. On her fellowship to Brazil, China and Singapore, she explored the potential for WWE’s growth in South America and Asia, opportunities for partnership in corporate social responsibility, ways to enhance the roles of women in leadership, and how WWE can strengthen its brand perception in the region. McMahon also learned the ways in which culture, government, and religion impact business success, and how to most respectfully and effectively conduct business in this context.
