Jonathan Fantini Porter is a public sector executive with experience leading operations in the Executive Office of the President at the White House, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and both chambers of the U.S. Congress. His work focuses on governance, national security and economic development. Now serving in a global management consultancy, he helps leading public sector institutions solve their most pressing challenges. He is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Georgetown University and is the son of a first generation Latino immigrant and political refugee. While on fellowship, Porter will evaluate local management structures, identify demographic and structural changes and explore emerging cultural and economic trends, to better understand trends in Chinese society and build cross-cultural understanding.
