Ali Matalon is an advocate for stronger corporate social responsibility within the Jamaican corporate ecosystem. As founder of CorpCare Social Impact Consultants Ltd., Matalon hopes to bridge the gap between available resources within an enterprise and community needs, making sure every dollar spent is as impactful as possible. With her master’s in public administration from Columbia University, Matalon has returned to Jamaica ready to take on the challenges of improving her local and global community.
“I want to be an Eisenhower Youth Leader because I want to be a leader of the future, one dedicated to the betterment of the community in which I live but also the global community to which we all belong. I believe this program is a pathway for young people to understand their place in that change and ensure their impact is as positive and meaningful as possible.”
