Jiaxin Shi

China 2020

With exposure to both Chinese and western education systems, Jiaxin Shi has long been drawn to connecting students and offering insight into differing education systems. As the founder of CLICK, an online teaching platform, she was able to provide long-distance support and guidance between students around the world. As a student at New York University, she has transformed this interest into the topic of prison education reform and seeks to improve the lack of opportunities provided for individuals post-incarceration.
