An international relations specialist, Marcella Germano is the co-founder and coordinator of ‘Project South America,’ an organization that hopes to link, empower and inspire young talent in South America. Living in a region with a uniquely young population, Germano plans to provide a foundation for a stronger workforce to boost the economy of the future and bring South America closer together.
