Tuan Nguyen is the co-founder of M Catalyst, established in March 2019 to provide young people in Vietnam with the tools needed to succeed in their careers and create a workplace environment that encourages growth. By providing both companies and employees with learning and development solutions, Nguyen is confident that younger generations will successfully contribute to their goal of sustainable social impact within their employment.
