Gregory Fullam, a 2018 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, has spent almost seven years as a writer and advisor at Bloomberg Philanthropies. Fullam, 29, advises Bloomberg’s leadership team on global issues and how philanthropy can address them. A former speechwriting chief of staff for Michael Bloomberg’s presidential campaign in 2020, he was an editorial intern at the office of the president of Franklin & Marshall College. Curious about how public policy can improve lives, Fullam plans to use his Oxford experience to connect the dots between the challenges facing cities, especially in the area of climate change mitigation.
