Andrea Henriquez is founder and president of Volando en V, a foundation that seeks to generate positive school climates and prevent bullying through an intervention model strengthening relationships in the educational community. In the last two years, the foundation has impacted thousands of students and has a waiting list of schools hoping to join the campaign. With their commitment to student leadership and co-responsibility, Henriquez and her team of professionals have won multiple awards as they continue to construct and support proactive and collaborative student communities.
